Holy crap there is a ton of great content at Oreilly's OSCON proceedings.
There are too many interesting topics to name just one, but what the hell here's one that seemed appropriate, The Effects of Stress on Programmers' and Groups' Performance.
Topics include lots of Ubuntu, software technologies, technology issues, and project management.
EDIT: I checked out the slides--very interesting premise. In a nutshell: Compares stress to cocaine and hypothesizes that stress can be just as addictive. Makes other comparisons to stress and other health disorders. Well put together.
