1 day in and I really like Chrome, the EULA not so much

The lack of mouse gestures is probably the most painful part of using Chrome.

One suggestion that I've read is to use Stroke It, a system wide gesture.

The other thing I don't care for is some of the provisions in the EULA. Since when were firstborns, immortal souls, pounds of flesh, and every thing that I write when I use Chrome on the negotiating table?

Sergey Brin is a nancy boy.

There Google, you own that little thought.

Valleywag already has a fun little piece on bad EULAs inspired by Chrome.

One of these days I'm going to try and spread a viral piece of software with a EULA that signed over the estates of anyone who ever downloaded, installed, used, talked about it, thought about it, overheard it, or saw something about it. Yeah, that one ought to stand up in court.

Aside fromt he whole surrendering all thoughts to Google aspect of Chrome. I really like it.
